Vendor Insurance

The Shahinian Insurance Company has been found to provide Liability Insurance to NASRDS members. Should you need an Insurance Certificate to comply with your Insurance obligation listed in Section 8 of your contract with the National Convention, please contact them at the information shown below. Our contact is Lizabeth Shahinan. She has all the information necessary to get you covered... just tell her you're a vendor for the National Square Dance Convention and need insurance coverage.

c) Applicable insurance premium (amount varies) is for coverage the dates of the NSDC
d) A $15 enrollment fee
e) Can be completed using a credit card over the phone
f) Certificate will be faxed or mailed to the member as well as the
National Convention personnel.
